Meditation cushion "Balance" made of robust organic cotton fabric with removable outer cover - handmade in Germany

Our round meditation cushion has a diameter of 31 cm and a maximum height of 14 cm. It supports you optimally in your yoga and meditation practice.

The cushion filling made from light organic spelled husks adapts ideally to your sitting position. You can vary the seat height using loose spelled husks or our filling cushions, making it very comfortable for you. The country of origin of the husks is Germany.

Since the husks compress slightly when you sit, you will receive 150g of separately bottled spelled husks for refilling with your order - gentle on your posture and the environment.

The outer cover can be easily removed using a concealed zipper and washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees.

Our tip:

In order to kill germs, fungi or mites, the husks should be changed regularly or the entire filling pad should be heated. Temperatures up to 50 degrees are sufficient. There is a risk of fire at higher temperatures. Alternatively, you can put the filling pillow outside overnight in winter. Please make sure that it cannot get wet.

🌱 If you want to replace the husks, you can mix them into your potting soil for more nutritious soil or simply compost them.
